Company ProfileBusiness Consulting Services ("BCS") is a management consulting organization dedicated to providing high quality, professional services to the business, government and non-profit communities. BCS was founded in 1991 by Thomas K. Casey, CMC, CCP. Mr. Casey has over twenty years experience in the consulting industry, focusing on practical solutions and independent perspective to the business and organizational problems faced by his clients. The firm specializes in the two key areas of business performance improvement and information technology consulting. BCS is a small business enterprise (SBE), and was built around a unique business model very different from the ones used by most consulting firms in the industry. We utilize only the most experienced and qualified independent consultants in our network of service providers. As a result, what you get with BCS are “Partner Level” resources and skill sets at fees that are affordable for your budget. We have no inexperienced trainees waiting in the wings to learn on the job at your expense. The people we propose are the people who will actually execute the project, which means only senior level resources that you can count on. Our overhead is low, which allows us to provide fees that are about 85% of those charged by comparable firms in the industry. |
